The Sharability Project

Know My World views education as a process that encompasses the human experience, not only for knowledge, but for transformation. We believe in the power of of our stories and the lessons they create for us. We envision a learning environment where people share and build on their own power to cultivate a better tomorrow for each other.

The Sharability Project is intended to bring awareness to the human condition and that which connects us all.

Participants in the sharability project form a small group.  Each member will answer a story prompt dealing with a personal experience.  Participants then share their response  orally with the group.  As stories are shared common themes and words will appear, offering clear distinctions that we all share. Now the fun begins…Each group combines their common themes and words and create a fictitious story together. The possibilities are endless via creative writing, visual documentation and discussion. The Sharability Project is a means for people to share who they are, understand others, and build new stories through collaborative relationships.   Particpants have the opportunity to share their stories by uploading them onto the Know My World website for the rest of the world to enjoy.  Participants are also encouraged to repeat this activity with others outside the classroom as a means to further their connections within their community and around the globe.

Participants from all over the world are connecting through The Sharability Project. Currently this project is being implemented in Taiwan, Thailand and America.
